     Whether it is just sitting on the patio and watching the sunset over the Ocala National Forest, enjoying the natural habitat riding up the Ocklawaha River, sunning by the swimming pool or visiting one of the nearby crystal clear springs..you are sure to step back in time and relax.  Gas grills, tables and chairs are provided for your convenience at the patio area.

    Launch your boat at our private deep concrete boat ramp and leave your boat at our 48 slip dock for your entire stay.  Clean your catch of the day in the conveniently located screened Fish Cleaning station right on the dock.  It is large enough for several to clean at the same time.  Boat rentals are also available as well as local fishing guides.

     All condo units have a beautiful water view, are comfortably furnished and fully equipped.  Full laundry facilities are available on the property as well.  Wheelchair accessible units are also available.  Just bring your clothes and groceries and you are ready to begin a wonderful vacation on the St. Johns River.

  • Visit the Welaka State Forest and experience their easy hiking trails.

  • Visit the Welaka Aquarian to learn about hatchery and the many fish and gators found in the St. Johns River.

  • Enjoy a round of golf at one of the many courses around.

  • Fish the "Croaker Hole" at Little Lake George

  • Jet Ski south at Big Lake George

  • Visit Mt. Royal Indian Mound

  • Ride the historic Ft. Gates ferry into Ocala National Forest

  • Visit Lake Woodruff National Wildlife Refuge

  • Kayak or canoe the Ocklawaha River

  • Bike along Welaka's back roads

  • Bird Watching

  • Explore Historic Palatka

  • All units are Non Smoking

  • No pets are permitted

  • Minimum 3 night stay, along with weekly and monthly stays for those warm winter days.
